Although our containers are specifically designed to ensure zero damage to adenium plants during delivery, we recognize that shipment issues can arise due to weather-related factors or third-party shipping handlers. To address this, we have established an easy return policy for our customers.

What is the Easy Return Policy

Our primary goal is to ensure you receive high-quality adenium plants from us. This objective led us to create an easy return policy. If your plant arrives dead or damaged, we will provide a replacement within 30 days of your order. If an exact replacement plant species is unavailable, our representative will work closely with you to ensure you receive a similar plant, matching in color and characteristics as closely as possible.

My Plant Was Damaged When It Arrived; What Should I Do

If your plants arrive dead or damaged, please follow these steps:

  1. Take a picture of both the plant and the box (ensure our logo is visible in the image).
  2. Email the photo to us within 3 days of delivery at info@wayfloral.com.
  3. We will evaluate your case and initiate the process to send you a replacement.

My Plant Has Not Arrived Yet; What Should I Do?

If your plant hasn’t arrived within 5-10 days of your expected delivery date:

  1. Check the tracking information in your order confirmation email.
  2. Email us at info@wayfloral.com so that we can note the delay and assist you accordingly.

Note: If the delay or missing product is due to incorrect information provided during checkout, we, unfortunately, cannot provide a refund.

Can I Get a Refund?

While our first preference is to send you a replacement, we do offer refunds on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us to discuss your specific situation..

Should I Send My Plant Back?

Unfortunately, we cannot accept physical returns. However, we are happy to assist you in discarding the damaged plant in the best possible manner.

What Should I Do with My Damaged Plant Then?

You can try composting the plant or disposing of it properly.
